The Village Chiropractic & Family Wellness ("The Village Chiropractic," "we," "us," or "our") is a family chiropractic practice in Reno, Nevada, led by Dr. Kaitlyn Shikada, DC. The Village Chiropractic & Family Wellness is the business name of Kaitlyn Sae Shikada, a sole proprietor.

Appointments and requests

Submitting a form on our website, including our New Patient Request form, is a request only. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship, and it does not confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when our office confirms it with you directly, by phone, text, email, or through our scheduling platform.

SMS Terms

Program name: The Village Chiropractic & Family Wellness

What you will receive. Our website forms offer two separate, optional checkboxes. You can check one, both, or neither.

• Non-marketing messages (first box). Texts about bookings: appointment requests and reminders, scheduling, and care follow-ups.
• Marketing messages (second box). Occasional updates, wellness tips, and offers. You receive these only if you check the second box.

Messages are sent by The Village Chiropractic & Family Wellness to the phone number you provided.

Message frequency varies. How many texts you receive depends on your appointments, your requests, and which boxes you check.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.
